FNB BANK OF FRUSTRATION

Never ever experience such a frustrating day in my life only happens if you a account holder of fnb. At 4pm I made an online deposit and it got rejected because fnb decides who should or who shouldn't be receiving my money. I went on secure chat with no luck I called fnb with no luck...they tesbsferred me from one dept to the next dept...it was a block on my account but ***** department was not available as they were temporarily out of service...it took me more than 2 hours trying to resolve this but nobody could help...they should change their logo as 'how can we not help you' I needed to transfer urgently but unfortunately couldn't and lost over R2000 from my account...they are so frustrating unprofessional unreliable they make you hold for half an hour then cut the call..out of desperation I was holding on when they were transferring me from one deot to another but all was a waste of time and money...
