FNB, bank of empty promises

I opened an account (premier debit) at Keywest branch beginning of February 2022 and I thought I'm changing over to the best bank but to my surprise I have never enjoyed being on fnb due to false promises. 1st I Was charged for a card fee navand was told that when I come to collect my card it would be reversed. When I fetched the card I reminded the lady and she said it was reversed and that it will be credited within 2 days. Know and behold 2 weeks went by and I had to go back and it was finally reversed.

2nd I was told that if I did a salary switch and converted 2 debit orders I would get R2000. I was given a letter to give my employer to change my bank details and was told by the lady who assisted me that FNB would change my debit orders for me I gave them all the details. To my surprise that was not done. OK then I called my car finance bank, car track and insurance company and they debited from my new account. Till today I have not received my cash back even though I was told that fnb wants to first see that my debit orders went off then I would get it by month end (this is by the lady who assisted with the 2nd refund request) . Today I was told via secure chat (FYI that lady didn't seem to care about my query) that I would get it after 3 months. I have only had my account for little over a month but all I have experienced are lies and false promises and agents who couldn't care less!
