FNB Bank-not protecting our accounts from unauthorised debits

Hello Peter I have sent FNB Bank the following mail in January: Good day Could you please assist urgently? Please block the unauthorized debits on my check account with immediate effect; Could you also please reverse the ****** money back into my account? I have done a check on my statements and picked up these companies debit my account without my permission. How can FNB allow debits on my account to go through without my signature? The latest one was by Legalex; I want the following companies reported and investigated for ***** please; 1. Legalex - R105 debited 2. Rescue box EM - R55 3. Safety EM - R55 4. Somusic EM - R49 5. Hotspotter EM - R45 Your assistance in above matter will be appreciated Nothing has been done, no reimbur*****t took place and no stopping of debit orders occurred. Should we not be protected by our banks? How do anyone manage to just debit our accounts, without any authorisation?
