FNB BANK... Nightmare

Boopane,Isabel and Nwabisa from private wealth department,it took FNB bank to resolve my issue of 2018 over 2years, my recent query with you was on the 13/09/21..Today is the 27/09/21 my query is been query for far too long.. I need resolution by COB.
