FNB Bank Lack of Ubuntu, Profesional and trust worth Customer Service

I had a rough time with Covid 19 lockdown and as a result I never had enough cash flow due to the same lockdown. FNB like any other bank are just interested in robbing clients of their meager income through overcharged interests and the **** overly advertised cash flow Covid relief which I app**** for to no avail as they just kept on asking for documents every single day even after aploading documents a hundred times. Now FNB has blocked my account even when I have been trying to deposit money into the account since August. How can one resolve the matter when their branches close early and are not customer friendly especially for people of colour?
