FNB bank is a ****

They once called me to give me R3500 if i move my account to them and i refused. Yesterday Someone sent me an ewallet, but when i tried to access the money it said my ewallet is blocked. I called FNB they are saying i have an account with them and i must go to the branch and collect my card so that i can get my money. So, who opened fnb account for me? Am frustrasted as we speak as there are no fnb branches around. To add to my frustration the consultant is rude can't even give me a chance to explain myself. Even if i can drive with my petrol to find the branch, they are going to charge me for the card..this bank is a ****.
