FNB BANK irresponsibility of giving unsecured credit card to pensioners.

Fnb gave an old lady uninsured credit card while she was a pensioner. She is no value in her assets except a house where she was staying with grand children. This is irresponsibly of FNB to be giving illiterate pensioner credit card now the old lady passed away and there is no money left to pay this except selling a house.
