FNB Bank - *********** and Unreliable - Terrible service!!!

FNB must be the most *********** and unreliable bank. The service at this bank, not only from a Credit life point of view, but from a personal banking expereince is shocking. I took out a Retrenchment cover 2 years ago on my credit card, cheque overdraft & revolving loan, hoping that if I do get retrenched one day that I will at least be covered for a few months. Well, with FNB that is not the case, they never get back to you, they always asking for the same documents to be submitted and they don't adhere to the pauyment terms of such a retrenchment agreement.

They only pay your cover if and when they feel like, they have no control nor an overview of these transactions and even after esclealting these queries several times to my personal banker andto the head of FNB credit life, nothing has been done.

I would not recommend that anyone takes out credit life with FNB. Please ensure your read the T&C's as FNB will think of any reason not to process your claims.

I suppose this is how they make they money......
