FNB Bank Horrible service!!!!

Extremely bad service!!!!!!!

Through Covid19 they offered relief and it sound so good to get R15k and you pay back R300 a month but kept showing balance R15k and available R0 so I have chatted to them through the app and the consultant told me the cheating truth! They offer the relief to cover their banking fees so not allow to have a cent to buy food or so on! So I said please kindly take this **** out I don’t need it. Then he said ok I logged a request ticket and here is the reference. I have waited for two weeks still nothing happened so I visited the bank branch in Jeffreys Bay and they said nothing we can do and after me talking a lot and begging to help they said ok will send an email and copy you but you also must send from your phone so they can look at the email. I have done all that and still been a month nothing happened.

Another problem with FNB That insurance taking two policies in my both accounts and every month I pay and still didn’t cover me so I said no need for them after paying for two years so I called them to cancel that two policies and just got transferred between 7 people and nothing happened. Never recommend to anyone. Service up to ****!!
