FNB bank frustrations

FNB is really something else, they can do anything just to get money out of a person. I had so many problems with banking with FNB to the point where I asked them to close my account, FNB was still sending me messages saying I owe them for bank charges and failed debit orders, money was deposited into to the account and they took the money saying I owe them, how is it my fault that there are charges to the account when I clearly requested for the closure of the account.

They are telling me I was supposed to follow up on the closure, why should I follow up because I have already asked for the closure.

This was my second time having to leave the bank and this time i am not going back, I feel they are not transparent.

Disappointed to the core.
