FNB Bank Feeds to Sage is no longer possible for personal accounts

FNB decided to, without any communication whatsoever, discontinue the ability for a personal account to be linked to Sage by way of Bank Feeds. The bank feeds were working perfectly for years and just suddenly stopped on 7 Dec 2024. When I phoned the help desk, the gentleman said "they have stopped linking personal accounts with Sage because there were too many kinks and they will probably reconnect it but they don't know when." What kind of service is this on behalf of FNB? Now we have to import csv files manually which is extremely time consuming. Or we must change to a Business Account (which we don't want to do as this is our personal account) to be able to connect to Sage again. Years of accounting history must now be transferred to a different accounting platform.

The absence of communication is staggering.
