FNB bank does not care about their customers

I have been trying to apply for a student loan for over a month now and still even today i have not received a call from the loan department. O have filled the webcallmeback form a several times now and also went to the branch twice. Every time i call, the consultant escalates my issues and gives me a reference. This is not getting me the help i need.
