FNB Bank did me dirty

I transferred enough money from my savings account to my current account to be able to track my spending properly. I re**** on the bank app and SMS notifications, which assured me that my transactions were reserved and my funds were secure. I was careful, trusting that my money was safe to spend freely.

Then, out of nowhere, the Bank decided to do what they call *Bank Transaction Honouring* — and my account was left with a negative balance of R1175 in December. Do you know the pain at this moment? That feeling of betrayal, like being kicked while you're already down and broke. They know my spending habits and patterns and yet they felt it's owk to financially burden me like that without any consultation! I feel ****** and ****med because the app and sms transactions misled me. It’s a mess of promises and notifications that mean nothing when it matters most. I regret ever trusting it. To think I’ve been a client for more than five years, used it to finance my car and fully paid my balloon payment, used it for funeral insurance and car insurance yho ay xem.
