first national bank chat on the banking app bankers are absolutely unprofessional and useless. they cut off you chat within 5 minutes if you don't reply if for eg you have bad internet connection, yet you have to wait up to 15 / 20 minutes for a response! they cut off your chat without solving the issue. In addition they cannot answer the questions correctly, and you have to rephrase it many a time. when requesting a banker , they delete your chat if you question them on why they keep cutting you off or not taking your request. they have no professionalism and do not care about customers, please give them a high level training!!!!!!
