Fnb bank charging ****

Monthly now i see a transaction for Item not paid for R125. Everytime I contact Fnb customer service and they are no use at all and they say its a honoring payment that the transaction went off still while there wasnt enough money in the account. The problem is for the transactions they say there was enough funds everytime in the acvount. My card declines a transaction if its just R1 more than what is in the account so their execuses of honoring payment is ridiculous. Now this morning i see again item not pain and a deduction of R125 my issue is the transacrion reference is transaction on 20/04/2020 ITS NOT EVEN THE 20TH yet.
