FNB ******** bank charges

I recently had an interaction with FNB whereby there was *****ulent activity on my account. They advised me to cancel my cards and they said that they will not charge me for the new cards, including the courier fee.

To my surprise, they went against their promise and charged me for courier fees for my two cards. How do they just charge a person for something that was their fault to begin with! I want these charges removed from my business account immediately!
