FNB Bank charged vehicle disk renewal twice and fails to return the money

I app**** for a renewal for vehicle disk renewal on the FNB app on the 18th April 2026. The bank charge me twice for the transaction. I tried calling and logging compliant with no success. I have lost hope of getting a reversal for the additional R669 that they charged. It is so disappointing that a big bank such as FNB erroneously took money from my account and fails to return the money ecen afrer several requests.
