Fnb bank ***** case

Fnb bank ***** case *** On the 27 April 2023 i call FNB bank business for a ***** case on my fnb business account, regarding A transaction of R67850 from my account to stardard bank, still today i have received any feedback from my bank i have emailed the fnb consultant Thando thalipi and the Chelsea Borcherds who is the ***** team leader still haven't received anything its over 3months now still now feedback, they only email i got was that @stardardbank hasnt rep****, to them for the past 3months i have called, iemailed, went to thz branch with no replies or good feedback on this case, theure are business ***** line seem just like a **** aslo has they cnanat tell me after loosing or having this kinder case 3 months later still no communication with fnb and stardard bank. I he emailed fnb business and fnb complaint but still I haven't heard from them even now
