FNB bank card delivery service sucks

I have an active FND account and now my bank card has expired, I got an sms from FNB saying that there's no need to go into the branch to renew my card as they've assigned DSV to deliver the card to me, I got a call from DSV bugging of February and gave them the address as to where they should deliver the card but now all am getting is empty promises and lies from DSV as they've been promising to deliver the card the whole of last month but still nothing till now and my bank card has expired, I called them today and I was holding for someone to assist me for an hour with no luck till my air time ran out, I called FNB to complain about their DSV not delivering my bank card but nothing is still being done to push their guys to deliver my bank card my life has to stop while waiting for a card that I don't know if it will ever get delivered, as I fail to understand why can't DSV just deliver the card at the FNB branch of my choice then I'll go collect it myself as this process is a nightmare with DSV they just unreliable am not happy with the service from both FNB and DSV
