FNB BANK BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON
BLOCKED ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
My account is blocked without even my permission not even a call, email or message. My account is blocked because someone notice the bank that he deposit money into my account. Ive been calling texting emailed the *****elent department several times this weekend only yesterday i get thru to the investigator with a email. The other part that ****ed me off my money in my account is dissapearing and there are no track of it, the email i got yesterday this was send to me i dont have a clue who is this

Not even my account number i checked my statements and i dont see that amount even there.
please tell me what can i do, ive been with fnb for years and this happen to me can u imagine. I must now sit back and relax till the investigator email me one day. I need my account today and i need a full statement from friday till today cause my money can dissapear its impossible

Now i dont have any words for fnb its almost a month and up and till today no called me or email me i cant deal with this anymore is there anyone that could help me urgently my account is block but my money is dissapearing day by day, everyday i called more than 10 times trying to get hold of the investigator he also dont give a **** about you cause i can see clearly he dont communicate with me. At first i was wrongly accause about money deposit in my account and the more i explain to them i dont see that deposit on my statement the more he accusing me of the deposit. It took him almost a week to figure it out thats not on my statement and after that he ask me about the deposits in my account i provide him proof of it. The last email i got from him MR RODNEY YOUR ACCOUNT WILL REMAIN BLOCK... I need to know why why why. My account is block but my money is dissapearing and he cant aswer me this is a ****ed up bank will never recommend them to others 0%
