Fnb bank bad service providers ,so much for the so called bank of the changeable s

Fnb bank have the worst customer service contact agents I called the call centre to have my cell number updated , they transferred me 5 times still without no help the one *********** agent told me I can change it at a atm,the other fool told me I must go to a branch,I don't want to use the app,all I needed was my number updated!!!! *********** fools very very bad service!!!!! Inexperienced staff,**** ups
