Fnb bank and their bank fees and bad service from call center consultants

I am not very happy with the way fnb Is treating me as a client since the covid pandemic started they have been talking about the cash flow relief that they don't even respond to you as a client even though you provided all the required documents and they have big charges that they can't even explain to you so I'm not very happy with fnb services.
