FNB Bank and Capitec passing the buck.

I accidentally paid R1750 on the 26 March into a closed bank account off my son and went into FNB bank Langebaan to report it and asked them to reverse the money. See my previous review. The following are some of phone call dates from FNB since then 2 April Chad 3 April Chad 5 April Abigail 6 April Sarina Karstens 10 April Chad The following are reference numbers: ********** NF FNB ********** 07925 FNB ********** 56719 FNB 1- ********** 241 FNB ********** 48

I have made 4 trips to Capitec Vredenburg +/- 20km per one way trip, to try and sort out from their side. We have also made numerous phone calls to Capitec. Capitec required an Indemnity form from FNB, which FNB refused to give.

FNB on the 9 April 2018 requested from me to sign an indemnity form, get an affidavit and other documents after I said I will pay the R285 reversal fee, as long as I get my money paid back to me. 6 April phone call from Sarina Karstens informed me the only way to get my money back is to pay R285 and it will take 5 working days. On the 10 April I got an email requesting me to complete the reversal form, affidavit, etc. on which I told them I had already done so on the 9 April at the FNB Langebaan branch.

I have made almost daily visits to my FNB Langebaan branch up to 10 April to enquire about the reversal.

I have requested Antonica from Langebaan branch to up date me on the reversal, as she completed my request form on the 9 April, which does not happen unless I request a feedback from her.

Up to date the only answer I get they can not tell me when my money will be paid back.

Please assist me in resolving this matter. I need my money back.
