Fnb bank and Capitec bank not refunding **** money

Hi Peter last time we spoke it was about Capitec bank concerning that ***** **** they only gave me R12 000 and still outstanding R10 000 they now put me in the middle of them and Fnb bank when they should be contacting each other ,they have with drawn themselfs and I'm stranded,Fnb ***** line told me to take out a affidavit take it to Promanade Fnb branch manager and ask him to email it personally to George Fnb branch manager and that Fnb branch manager should contact me personally for any information, yet no response from George Fnb branch manager and the manager of Promanade showed no remorse when I spoke to him just made a copy of the affidavit folded it and put it in his pocket and walk back in his office ,I feel that the management needs to step up their game I feel injustice has been done to me and my children has to go sleep on a empty stomach, I ask with tears in my eyes for help peter ,Capitec and Fnb bank is withdrawing themselves pls peter if this is how they conduct business then how many people they doing it to pls help me,from R42 000 they only given me R12 000 still a big outstanding amount pls peter
