FNB bank account problems

I was informed by FNB of termination relationship after almost 20 years with the bank for both business and private banking with no explanation.

My private account was suspended from 3 months before. No money can go in and move out. Due to a small amount of outstanding, FNB didn’t close it directly but keep on charging banking fees until it reached R3500.

I was trying all means to settle this amount, EFT, ATM deposit, but unable to do it due the hold by fnbbusinessengagement.

Now it’s become a flaw on my credit profile. Been to branches and sending emails many times and still no progress. And the most frustrating thing is this section of FNB only work with emails.

Desperate situation. Urgently need assistance from person in responsible.
