FNB - bank account closed because of 1 person who is doing this for his own personal gains

FNB and the BANKING OMBUDSMAN

i am so disgusted with fnb service and investigations - my account was closed down by fnb and they do not want to even discuss the matter , they only send me an email " we do not have to tell you why we terminated our relationship with you "

for 3 months i been trying to get some advice and some feedback from fnb- no luck at all - they just close your account and no one can look into it - REASON IS they have an auto system - that if 1 person puts your ID number into that system - they will close the account and no correspondence can be done - THAT SYSTEM THEY HAVE AT FNB BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT - once your ID is placed into that system - you cannot even talk to anyone and your account will go dormant so NO ONE CAN INVESTIGATE IT OR APPEAL IT

I AM REPORTING THIS 1 SPECIFIC INVESTIGATOR " LUNGA BOTTOMAN " he is the one who is closed my fnb account down and he does not have to explain it- he is suspected to be working with some competitors in my industry and maybe is closing down account of their competition - i want this to go viral - and fnb will take responsibility for this investigator and his personal gains in closing up peoples accounts that are a THREAT to his contacts ! he does not do any work on the case - he just leaves it for weeks and does not get back to u- he then closes the account down on his own - without managers knowledge and team leaders - he has done this to me and fnb will not respond to me as TO WHY THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT - i feel 1 person can do this without fnb team knowing - and no one helps

i also want to bring to light - i am a registered business for over 12 years in my industry , i am a tax payer and my company too , my industry has a small market and not many dealers in the trade 1) the main guys compete to get orders , if they are fighting all the time for top positions and cannot manage - they get nasty and start making problems for competitors - here is one example " a client comes to me and says - i got money from someone who hired me to buy from you only , he pays me and i pay you for the goods , u release goods to me after verifying im legit - when i get the goods i send to him, now - see this people - the person pay her to pay me - WILL GO TO THE BANK AND REPORT THAT PAYMENT AS ***** - then the bank will block her account he paid to - ND MINE SHE PAID TO - so this is how the competitors take us their THREAT - out of business - now another example that same guy who is doing this - pays an investigator to take us out after they report the ***** - so we lose our bank accounts while they flourish on BINANCE - without the competitors they take out so because of FNB SYSTEM that allows this type of scrupulous activity - we the honest people suffer - i have no contact from fnb and no one can help - BECAUSE THIS INVESTOGATOR PLACED MY ID INTO THAT SYSTEM FOR CLOSURE I AM ALSO REPORTING THIS SAME INCIDENT TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN AND THEY WILL INVESTIAGTE THIS LUNGA BOTTOMAN AND FNB CLOSURE OF ACCOUNTS

PEOPLE MUST UNDERSTAND THE "NASTY" BEHIND THIS BUSINESS INDUSTRY - BECAUSE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO DO THIS- ARE STILL THERE TRADING WITH THE SAME ACCOUNTS IN THE SAME BUSINESS WITH THE SAME PEOPLE AND HOW COME THEIR ACCOUNTS ARE NOT TAKEN AWAY TOO ????? MAKES U WONDER HEY
