FNB bank account access restricted without warning

My banking profile has suddenly been restricted - without warning. I cannot view all my account and I cannot access Paypal. The Online chat lady said I must email my FICA documents, which I sent in August 2021. I emailed it again now. She said the FICA docs will not prevent me accessing the "Forex" tab on my profile. She put me though to PayPal and the guy said he cant help - I must take my FICA docs to the bank. The problem is that I arrived home yesterday after heart surgery and am not mobile for another week and have to urgently withdraw from PayPal. This is just adding more stress when I DONT need more stress. What a mess this is. I need to access my bank account in full before the end of today. PLEASE HELP ME!
