Fnb bank account

I am still waiting for FNB to come back to me in a written letter stamped by the bank clarifies that my bank account is in order with all my documents loaded on their system witm my correct address that is shown on the Proof of residence. Sassa wants to pay my grant in and i dont want the same problem again. This is really not how a customer should be treated. I need a.s.a.p letter from fnb emailed to me saying my bank account is in working order with all my details correctly tomorrow.
