Customer service is non existing waiting time 1 hour 30 min......we've spend 3 hours and the account is still not closed due to the fact that they flag you as under debt review where you have never been under debt review and it takes them 1 working day to remove the flag. That is to an account that was supposed to be closed in 2022 which actually never happened meaning you have to pay bank charges for all those months in the meantime.
