Fnb bank

Fnb bank .it is a full month now without my debit card.two weeks ago I spoke to Thabo and he said they will send my card till today I have no card.i am heartbroken about this bank services.I really need help.Where is my card??I don't no what to do regarding the situation like this.Should I go publish my matter to media or what I don't no. I mean is month and days without my card.i don't no if is this how they treat their clients.So I need the bank owners to tell me where is my card??ls this how they treat their customers.Their services is really getting on my nerve*****r services all the time.May I not recommend this bank to anyone.Thank you with poor service
