Fnb bank

Last year November money went out of my accout Fnb blocked my account since then im struggling to get my money back, with promises to phone me back and they are on the case but nothing is happening. So people can hack your account and you must just sit and wait for something to happen 3 months is a long time where can I go or what can I do, the branch in Three rivers just tell me to wait Wait for how long?????
