FNB BAD SSERVICE

Hi I an so upset with FNB, I have app**** for a personal Loan yesterday, Received a message on my FNB app that i have been approved in Priniciple, I then receive an sms stating to accept the Debi mandate from FNb which i did, Waited for 24 hours to pass, and contacted secure chat online, only to find out i have been declined, Very bad communication as well as a bad service, Not forgetting last week I have been pre approved for a personal loan on my app. I will definately change banks, VERY DISAPPOINTED FNB. Dont pre approve then approve in priniciple then lastly decline. Horrible experience
