FNB bad services

I'm getting sick and tired of this bank. I been writing emails to you and still no respond. Why is it so difficult to unfreeze my money , u kept me waiting for 7 months and I'm fed up now , please release my money then u can close ur account. U guys have such bad services u really don't deserve customers like us 😤, Masiso Hilda reply my emails for sure you don't need 7 months too to get to the bottom of this matter
