FNB BAD SERVICE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I have acomplaint against FNB dealing with deceased estates. An E/L back account was opened in 2019 by both Executors. Todate we have wound up my mother's estate. Proceeds were paid to the E/L bank account and is currently being withheld by the department dealing with Estates. Nobody can give an explanation as to the problem. I am told to activate the account by going in personally to FNB JOHANNESBURG BRANCH . I am told by the service agents that the Estates department is and has not released the proceeds. My attorneys has confirmed that proceeds were paid into the account and estate wound up. CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS? FNB HAS BEEN THE WORST BANK TO DEAL WITH.
