FNB bad service: Owen Gouws

FNB: Owen Gouws I have a business account that I want to close, I went to Daveyton Mall branch and was told the person or branch that opened the account must close it.

I called their call center and was told Owen Gouws was in charge of my account. Sent him an email with my request and he told me I to go to FNB branch. Told him they couldn't assist and he is the one that can and he is ignoring my emails.

FNB is this how you treat your customers???
