FNB - Bad service, loan process

Worst bank to bank with, they offer you a debt consolidation loan then take for ever to process it, making you get bad credit for not paying your other creditors, then after hundreds of emails and phone calls DAYS later and after opening up a complaint does it get declined, only to be told due to affordability. So you want to take a loan to pay off other debt and your installments will be lower and you are then declined because you cant afford to pay less then what you currently paying, makes so much sense!! Not to forget how all this time you had to keep following up and finding out what's happening only for them to drag their feet and then reject it. Dont offer it in the first place!!!!
