FNB Bad Service, Just Account Closure

I appreciate all other things that FNB has helped me with, but this time I got so disappointed with their service. And I am not talking about something big, it's just ot close the account and that is it. The time when I requested for the account closure my account was on positive and now it's on negative because of charges. I won't pay for that, even their complaints and resolution they seem bad, because they never provided me with the update or ensure that my complaint/issue is resolved. I had to email them again, awaiting response.
