Fnb bad service, forcing loan on my throat!!!

This bank doesn't want to close my revolving facility, instead they accumulated charges for me to pay, since last year September 2022 , ive asked call center consultants, went to the branch in Gateway umhlanga spoke to team leader Bryan and the manager Naveen no lick, they blaming each other saying only the call centre can do that..but nothing, instead they sent A LETTER OF DEMAND FOR ME TO PAY THE CHARGES THEY ACCUMULATED!!!!, hence my account was paidbin full whenbi asked them to close it.. What kind of ******* nonsense is this the big bank like this forcing the loan on my throat !!!!
