FNB BAD SERVICE

FNB has to be the worst banking institution in the country. Yesterday, I app**** for a credit increase which was approved, however the funds were paid into the Premier Credit account which I had long closed. And when I tried to alert the bank of this, they cancelled my credit approval. Mind you, I had already misused other the funds as I had already been approved for a credit increase. This is so frustrating and inconvenient to me as customer. It is not for the first time, I am subjected to poor service by the bank.
