FNB Bad service

I have been banking with FNB for mores years than I care to mention. I have a large credit limit on my c card, yet they 'bounce' my purchase for a mere R140.00 . I had spent only 10% of my limit yet they 'declined' my purchase. This is totally unacceptable. When I call to complain they just hang up on me!!
