FNB Bad Service

Fnb is not a customer friendly bank at all in report ***** on my account on the 17 February 2020 I was at hospital in Pretoria when money was taken from my account. Fnb blocks my account yet more money was taken when receiving my statement it shows money drawn in westrand I was in linksfield Pretoria the bank has still not come back to me but keep sending SMS about over account drawn
