FNB Bad Service!

I am so frustrated with FNB services when did the bank inform me about “no debit order reversals” duringn covid-19 . I had an unauthorized debit order and i needed it reversed, i spoke to the agent and inform him/her that of they check my account its not a regular debit order that im just trying to reverse its an unauthorized one, the agent service was so pathetic ontop on this the responses were delayed, no apologies for inconvenienced caused, i just cannot believe this it is so unfair. This is really now making me feel like changing banks even though i like using FNB service, i mean why should i need to apply for debt relief for an authorized debit order. Very very very unhappy about this!
