FNB Bad Service Close Account
I requested to close my fnb credit card account only to find fnb have send money to my personal account and now i had to pay in again.I have transfered the R360.62 and emailed proof of payment to your cards division on friday.Can Natasha Adolph contact me please because contacting the numbers supp**** no one can assist me.I have to complain here to get service shocking.Email me confirmation letter that the account was closed.
