Fnb bad service

Phone fnb 2 weeks ago to reverse an ewallet they say on a recorded line it will take 48 hours and will cost R65 to reverse. 2 weeks later they pay the money in and charge me R297 for the reversal. Well done once again fnb and a big shout out to my personal banker Rebecca ***ley who does nothing for me You guys are the best.
