FNB Bad Service

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from the Credit Card department. I app**** for a credit card and they declined it, no explanation given. I have e-mailed them various times and up to date have had no feedback. Last year July I app**** for a car loan through Wesbank and was given a loan of R160 000. Last week I settled this amount in full. I have very little debt, but they do not want to give me a credit card? At least give me feedback then. I will take all my business to another bank who are willing to assist me.
