FNB bad service as always

I had a personal loan with FNB, they handed it to MBD, around February I paid MBD the money I owed, however they took their time to process the funds to fnb, I eventually paid FNB again n I was promised that as soon as MBD process the funds , I’ll get my refund, it’s been 4 months and I haven’t heard anything from them, I’m talking about something around 4K.
