FNB Bad Service and breaking the law
My cheque account was paid off and closed over 7 years ago. Suddenly now I get blacklisted because I owe you guys R64732. After 7 years you don't even talk to me now suddenly I owe you money. This is against the law what FNB is doing. I have called you guys 4 times to get this sorted out but every time i get passed from 1 consultant to the next.

12 May 2022, 12:09Hi, and I am still waiting for the email that FNB would've sent me. Looks like FNB wants to break the law but when customers realize what's happening then FNB wants to pull back and forget about everything.
