Fnb bad service

Would like to write a complaint about the bad service received from Fnb.

Made deposit into incorrect account no that was not being used. Then went to the bank to report this matter I was told to go open police case.

But they did not assist to recover the money paid as a result haven't received my money back an amount of R30800.

Even though I have proved im the rightful owner of the funds. They refused to pay me back. As a result I wouldn't recommend Fnb to anyone because of their processes doesn't protect the consumer needs.

Please intervene
