FNB bad service

I had a one month temporary loan in May 2020 which I settled .

However FNB didn't update Compuscan am And Experian credit bureaus.

They also refuse to give me a letter to that effect so I can forward it to the credit bureaus.My emails are responded with an automatic responses.
