FNB bad service

Opened a business account almost 4 weeks ago and app**** for a speed point machine....still waiting for the machine been promised daily 'its on its way'. Got daily transitions without without able to use the bank account. BAD BAD SERVICE GUGULETHU BRANCH!!!!!!!!!
